We recommend booking services 12-18 months prior to your event (weddings) or 6-8 months before other gatherings.

Our team offers Month-of Service and Full-Planning Service for weddings. We only recommend Month-of Service if you are fully comfortable planning on your own with little assistance along the way. For clients who need assistance with multiple stages of the planning process, Full-Service is a better fit.

We love when venues have a full-service staff! It’s helpful to us too. An event planner/coordinator and a venue coordinator do very different things, though. Our planning services begin at booking and offer expert assistance during engagement, event setup, and all of event day. Sometimes, having someone with you from day one is a better fit, and if that’s what you’re looking for, we’ve got you covered!
